Discipline at a Private Girls School (Introduction)

I purchased a home for $15M opposite an all girls school.

After settling in, the Principal of the school approached me seeking my help, the offer was all the cooking, cleaning, gardening and maintenance of the grounds, which includes an eight lane 50m Olympic sized swimming pool and tennis court, in exchange both the tennis and swimming teams have access to the facilities, but what did I have to do.

Well in the 1970's government banned corporal punishment by teaching and school staff, so to get around the rules the 'Job' of disciplinary officer was mine.

At the school assembly on Monday, I was introduced to the students and those parents who were in attendance.

I made a short statement that discipline was important and that by the end of a girls education at the school she would have seen me at least once, boarders and day students alike no excuses, so before graduating or exiting the school early they must get sign off from me.

Three hundred students at the senior campus aged between fourteen and eighteen, wll be monitored at school by CCTV in their dorm rooms and teachers, staff and the public notify the school as students wear unique uniforms.

Now that it's official, students who's name is called before lunch each day have three hours to attend a meeting with me, if we have to round them up their punishment is automatically doubled.

Three names were called on Tuesday, a blonde girl, aged 15, a Japanese girl 16, and a redhead 14.

Punishment includes spanking, paddle, strap, cane.

I will use the stick and carrot approach, including education and some fun activities.
