Waking up naked and cold and stomach ready to explode with a tube, still stuck up my ass.

I woke up on my own feeling like my stomach was ready to explode a tube still stuck in my ass, I was chained to the table on unable to get down about a half hour later, I heard the door unlock and the lights came on the man and his wife came in and said well it’s good to see that you’re still with us.

They came over and unlocked the pad locks, releasing my arms and legs. Then she hooked a syringe to the tube withdrawing the air that was inside the tube to allow it to be pulled free from my ass. I was then helped up off the table and told to go back to the toilet that I would have an hour to myself to allow all the water to be evacuated out of my bowels.

They left the room and locked the door behind them. I sat on the toilet for what seem like forever, emptying myself out. I got off the toilet and walked around the room a little bit to see what all was there, I saw a spanking bench, cross, stretching table a wall lined up with whips, paddles, cains, and then the urge hit me to go back again and sit down and release the rest of the water that was in me I could feel my stomach rumbling.

I got back up and started walking around a bit. I noticed a small hallway with stalls with bars on them each stall had their own bed, toilet and sink.
They were all empty. I’m thinking to myself what is going on a little bit later the door unlocked and they came back into the room. They handed me a glass of water and said you’re not gonna get a whole lot to eat for the next couple of days cause we wanna keep you empty but we will keep you supplied with plenty of fluid.
They repeated all the test that they had done when I first come in weight height, blood pressure, etc. and had me get back up on the table and open my legs as wide as I could, they pulled a curtain over the top of me separating my upper body from my lower body.

I could feel but could not see them playing with my penis, touching it and putting lube on the tip of it she said I want you to take a deep breath and hold it. The next thing I feel is a tube going into the tip of my penis and being inserted in very slowly, I’ve never had a catheter done, but I had a feeling this is what was happening.
I asked them what is going on why is all this happening to me? They said they would explain all of that to me later but right now they had to get this done in order for the process to begin. I asked them what process they said you will begin to understand at a later time right now we have things we have to do.
I heard a bell ring and the gentleman said let me answer the door. I’ll be right back. She continued to work on me. I’m still laying on this table naked when he comes back he has a female with him he told her you know what to do the next thing I know she’s being led to the same room and is told to remove her clothes.
I glanced over to see her looking at me laying there naked with a smile on her face.

They pulled the curtain away and just as I thought a catheter had been placed in me and the bag tied to my leg.
I asked what this was for and the old lady replied once we get started with your punishment we don’t have time to untie you to let you go to the bathroom.

I said what punishment are you talking about, she replied I have already told you to much but you will be informed later right now you need to get off the table and follow me, with her help I was lead down the hallway to the last cell, she said here is a cup for water you have a sink and a toilet do not pull out the catheter that will be removed when you are ready to go home besides there is a balloon inflated in you to keep it in. And with that she closed the cell door and locked it.
